Aaron’s work in Planning began in 2006 as a Site Planner for Palm Beach County. He worked on a variety of projects including but not limited to the following: 

• Large Residential PUD’s
• Communications Towers
• Commercial Shopping Plazas (MUPD’s)
• Educational Facilities
• Industrial Complexes
• Large Regional Hospitals

In 2013 Aaron was hired to by Palm Beach County’s Department of Economic Sustainability, to increase capital investment, improve employment & curb urban blight within the County. His primary role as a financial analyst is to review corporate financial statements to determine credit worthiness of organizations seeking government loans for expansion.

Although employed to review financials, underwrite business loans, Aaron became the default Planning & Zoning expert in the department. Aaron’s Planning, Zoning & Land Development experience and government contacts helped to simultaneously eliminate costly mistakes of business owner’s and developer’s, while also mitigating any financial liability for Palm Beach County.

In 2013, Aaron founded Arc Development Global, LLC., which provides all the Planning, Zoning and Land Development services found in the larger established firms, but with his own local expertise developed over the last 9 years. His focus is to shepherd his clients through the government approval process at a fraction of the cost, and in shorter time frames than what clients could do on their own or with large urban planning firms.
